The Faculty of Economics, Commercial and Management Sciences has been     structured     according to the Executive Decreen ° 09-92 of 21 Safar 1430 AH corresponding to February 17, 2009, which modifies Executive Decree No. 03-528 of the Djoumada eL-oula 1424 AH corresponding to July 22, 2003, including the creation of the University of Jijel.

The library of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences is located on the ground floor of the faculty. The administrative block of the library is composed of two services, a store and a loan bank, it also has a reading room for teachers and two rooms for students, one dedicated to individual work and the other for group work.

The library provides a range of services to beneficiaries of different categories. These services are: - Loan service: (books, theses, dictionaries). - Bibliographic search service: using the microcomputers available at the level of the lending bank. - Briefing in progress: represented by new acquisitions. - Selective Broadcasting Service: A service that targets a specific recipient with specific addresses. - Orientation and orientation: this service helps beneficiaries to access information as quickly as possible and with less effort, especially for new students.
